The list of signs that your stress is moving from "activating" to "unhealthy" is long. It ranges from tension, indigestion, irritability, concentration problems and restlessness to sleep disorders, breathing problems, hopelessness and anxiety disorders.

In order to counteract stress, however, you must first of all recognise that you are stressed. Our first recommendation against stress is to improve your body awareness (for example with yoga or Pilates) and practice mindfulness (for example with meditation). We have put together some very specific exercises and meditations for you here.

Of course, we know that challenging phases cannot be completely avoided. To be prepared for them, make sure you eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep and exercise daily in the fresh air, preferably in nature.
