Here you will learn everything important with a little more time for the individual positions. The more mindfully you can perform the exercises, the more you practice in the spirit of actual yoga.

Hatha Yoga is the body oriented part of yoga. Ha=Sun, Tha=Moon, Yoga=Unity/Harmony. So Hatha Yoga is the harmonization of the two basic energies in our system, the activating, warming and the uplifting, cooling energy. Hatha Yoga says that the body is the temple of the soul and should be cared for as such, but without considering it the most important thing. Yoga therefore addresses both the physical and the energetic body.
