This is how this series is practiced:
- You repeat the Kriya (exercises) from day 1 and combine it with a meditation on 8 days.
- Or you repeat the Kriya from day 1 and combine the two meditations of the respective day on 4 days.
From which minute the meditations in the respective video start, we give you in each case in the description to the meditation, so that you can start directly there.

Kundalini Yoga is a practice to increase life energy. In this yoga direction, work is done with the astral body, the chakras (energy centers in the body) and the energy channels, etc. The exercises are aimed at purifying the chakras and increasing the life energy (prana). Important part besides the physical exercises is also the chanting of mantras, breathing exercises and meditations.
