This meditation is suitable for all children (and adults) from 3 years old. It addresses the inner rebellious child within us. The meditation can be done sitting, lying down or moving. If you and/or your child are emotional, this exercise will offer you a lot of support, as we know from our own experience.

Kundalini Yoga is a practice to increase life energy. In this yoga practice we work with the astral body, chakras (energy centers in the body), energy channels, etc. The exercises are aimed at purifying the chakras and increasing the life energy (prana).
