Sat Kriya is indispensable in the practice of Kundalini Yoga. It is one of the few exercises that is a complete Kriya (series of exercises) in itself. It keeps the nevensystem fit, calms emotional confusion and channels creative and sexual energies of the body (2nd chakra). You can increase from 3 minutes slowly up to 31 minutes (3, 7, 11, 22 or 31 minutes).
