He who masters his breath is master of his world, so they say. In this video, Mirco explains the basics of pranayama, or breathing exercises, as an important part of your yoga practice. Use your breath as a tool.
Constant accompanying exercise for various yoga postures, proper breathing can be used to find peace or create energy, abdominal, diaphragmatic, thoracic and yogic full breathing, always with a positive effect on your nervous system (sympathetic and parasympathetic).
Daily practice whenever possible, can also be practiced during the day
Hatha Yoga is the body oriented part of Yoga. Ha=Sun, Tha=Moon, Yoga=Unity/Harmony. So Hatha Yoga is the harmonization of the two basic energies in our system, the activating, warming energy and the building, cooling energy. Hatha Yoga says that the body is the temple of the soul and should be cared for as such, but without considering it the most important thing. So the yoga addresses the physical body as well as the energy envelope and the mental-emotional envelope.
