In this full lesson, the focus is on your stability and you will create balance on the outside and your inside. You will pay attention to your spine, shoulders and upper body, roll, learn to breathe into the movements. By practicing stability, you also create mental balance.
Training stability, recognizing the connection between physical and mental balance, activating the whole body, with relaxation at the end.

Hatha Yoga is the body oriented part of yoga. Ha=Sun, Tha=Moon, Yoga=Unity/Harmony. So Hatha Yoga is the harmonization of the two basic energies in our system, the activating, warming and the uplifting, cooling energy. Hatha Yoga says that the body is the temple of the soul and should be cared for as such, but without considering it the most important thing. Yoga therefore addresses both the physical and the energetic body.
