In this yoga class, the focus is on opening your hips. It is said that pent-up emotions are stored there, which is why there are so many so-called hip-opening exercises in yoga. For us a real aha moment with Mirco. You also learn to observe your breath and control your breathing rhythm. This helps you to arrive mentally in the moment and to really enjoy this lesson.

  • Train your breathing rhythm, stretch and open your hips, transport emotions out of your body and experience transformation.
  • Whenever you like, weekly practice

Hatha Yoga is the body oriented part of Yoga. Ha=Sun, Tha=Moon, Yoga=Unity/Harmony. So Hatha Yoga is the harmonization of the two basic energies in our system, the activating, warming and the uplifting, cooling energy. Hatha Yoga says that the body is the temple of the soul and should be cared for as such, but without considering it the most important thing. Yoga therefore addresses both the physical and the energetic body.
