This meditation is for anyone who uses compulsive eating as a coping strategy (and wants to complement their therapeutic treatment). The meditation supports you in everyday life and behavior change and is a really great tool for this, like so much of Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini Yoga is a practice to increase life energy. In this yoga practice we work with the astral body, chakras (energy centers in the body), energy channels, etc. The exercises are aimed at purifying the chakras and increasing the life energy (prana). Important part besides the physical exercises is also the chanting of mantras, breathing exercises and meditations.
