The meditation with the mantra "Wahe Guru, Wahe Jio" clears your karma in your arc line. In the yoga philosophy of Kundalini Yoga, man has 10 bodies, not just one. The 6th body is the arc line, a halo that extends around the forehead from earlobe to earlobe. Women have an additional arc line that runs from nipple to nipple and is helpful in bonding with an infant. If the aura is the vehicle of light in which you drive, the arc line is the steering wheel. It gives direction to the aura (in essence, it transmits the "state of oneness" of your body and mind). It also guides you by creating a protective field that should alert you to shocks (if you are clear and listening). Just as the arc line guides internally, it also projects external information. That is, when reality is created through thoughts and feelings, offering a vibration to the universe, your arc line is the transmitter sending out the signal. How strong or weak your arc line is directly corresponds to the strength and integrity of the signal. Both the intuitive information you receive (protection) and the power of the information you send out (projection) are influenced by the arc line. It supports you to experience and apply your inner wisdom.
- Mantras help you focus your mind and dissolve negative patterns
- It's also recommended for your outdoor meditation practice
Most mantras are written in Sanskrit. They are phrases, verses or words that are often repeated silently to yourself during meditation or chanted in a group.
Kundalini Yoga is a practice for increasing life energy. In this style of yoga, work is done with the astral body, chakras (energy centers in the body) and energy channels, etc. The exercises are aimed at purifying the chakras and increasing the life energy (prana). Important part besides the physical exercises is also the chanting of mantras, breathing exercises and meditations.
Ps. This type of yoga is extremely transformative. If you don't want any change at the moment, you better choose something else.
