Foundation for infinity is one of Nicole's favorite classes. During this class you move your whole body and can also practice something extensive when time is short. This lesson sharpens your eye to the infinity of the cosmos and our limitless existence. It is a beautiful feeling to experience your true greatness beyond everyday things.

Kundalini Yoga is a practice to increase life energy. In this yoga practice we work with the astral body, chakras (energy centers in the body), energy channels, etc. The exercises are aimed at purifying the chakras and increasing the life energy (prana). Important part besides the physical exercises is also the chanting of mantras, breathing exercises and meditations.
